Drawing on the essence of Marxist consumer economy theory, this paper argues that the innovations of digital technology can effectively facilitate the integration of economies of scale, economies of scope, and long-tail economies. Through careful analysis of the practical case of Xiaomi's business ecosystem, this paper highlights the notion that data serve as both a key production factor and a critical consumption carrier within the context of digital consumption. We thoroughly investigated the infuence of the digital economy on transforming consumption behavior among residents by analyzing a range of typical business cases and the latest data that triggered this transformation. Based on the analysis, this paper argues that such transformation can lead to the platform agglomeration effect, the inclusive diffusion effect, and the push-pull effect by highlighting the specific ways in which the digital economy disrupts the consumption-production model and contributes to the upgrading and transformation of traditional industries. Additionally, this paper demonstrates how the digital economy can expand and promote emerging business forms, providing insights into the ways in which digital innovation is reshaping the contemporary economic landscape. This study intends to provide several policy suggestions that can expand domestic demand, promote consumption, drive the high-quality and integrated development of China's digital and real economy, and position China as a strong cyber and consumer nation by using digitalized consumption as a starting point.

How enterprises overcome the digital divide in a digital economy is a topic related to efficiency and fairness. The formation of the digital divide has showcased a certain level of objectivity and is also infuenced by the characteristics of enterprises themselves. Based on the model that expands the information and communication technology(ICT) access, concept, we explored the digital divide's formation logic of the digital divide and feasible ways to cross it. Our findings shed light on its formation logic, which includes elements of the subjective will of enterprises to transform, the fear of transformation, the dependence on development paths, and the cost of using digital technology, all of which have contributed to disparities in enterprises' motivational access. In addition, differences in the construction of digital infrastructure, financial strengths, business models, and heterogeneity in cluster networks have led to differences in enterprises' material access. The absorptive capacity of enterprises has affected their skill access, while the management capability infuences the application access of enterprises. We also found that crossing the digital divide requires the joint efforts of governments, markets, and enterprises in the four access dimensions.

Interest rates are the key to the resource allocations of financial markets. The frequent appearance of negative nominal interest rates(NNIR) may lead to a failure of the transmission mechanism and arouse system risks in the financial markets. Meanwhile, negative nominal interest rates is a new policy with no consensus reached by academia or policymakers. It is necessary to review the research results and promote consensus to reveal the nature and impact mechanisms of NNIR. Therefore, we retrieved original articles from the Web of Science(Wo S) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) published from 1999 to 2020 on NNIR to determine the characteristics of current research results from various perspectives and compare literature in English and Chinese of highly productive institutions and researchers, hot topics, evolution contexts, research frontiers, and ecological characteristics. There are three major findings. In terms of research ecology, the ecological structure of the top research institutions, both domestic and abroad, remains steady, but the structure of the researchers is not stable. In terms of a research domain, NNIR is studied from many dimensions, and the early established research domains still have long-lasting impacts in English literature. In contrast, Chinese literature mainly focuses on discussing applicable policies with no highly focused domain and research topic with great infuence yet. Finally, the focus in both English and Chinese literature has changed. Since the original research framework is insufficient in explanatory power, literature in English is beginning to pay attention to the empirical analyses of practical policies, and Chinese scholars are turning to theoretical study to enhance the in-depth understanding of this phenomenon. Researchers in China should focus on collecting highquality research materials and pay more attention to the progress of empirical research in English literature to improve Chinese research efficiency and quality and then promote research progress in China.

Building a high-level socialist market economy is conducive to giving full play to the market's decisive role in resource allocations and bringing the government into better play. Correctly handling the market and the government relationships has been a central issue in China's economic structural reform. Giving a comprehensive review and summary of the research findings achieved by the theoretical and academic circles in China, we generalize the evolution and working mechanisms of China's socialist market economy system, following the developing trajectory and logic of relevant literature, focusing on the three aspects of evolving perceptions, the role of the market, and the functions of the government. Based on our literature overview, we also induced and extracted the basic conclusions and evolutionary features of relevant research and made suggestions for the future direction of theoretical research regarding China's socialist market economy.

Whether, and how, to rescind the right of one party(the non-breaching party) to rescind a contract in case of an obviously minor breach by the other party(the breaching party) is a recurring topic in the field of contract law. The Minutes of the Ninth Work Conference of the Courts Nationwide on Civil and Commercial Trial(the Minutes of the Ninth Work Conference) stipulates that whether a contract shall be rescinded depends on whether a breach is obviously minor and affects the fulfillment of the contract purposes expected by the non-breaching party. In juridical practice, however, there are no clear criteria to define what constitutes obviously minor breaches, and the factors considered in such cases are often inadequate to allow for a fully considered decision. By analyzing Article 55 of the Judicial Interpretation of the General Provisions of Contracts of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China(Draft for Comments) and reviewing the previous juridical practices, we present our conclusions regarding the conditions and factors that should be considered when restricting the right of rescission in cases of obviously minor breaches with a view to unifying the judicial judgment criteria by differentiating the type of breaches.

The delivery of targeted family education guidance services is essential for establishing a three-in-one education model that encompasses families, schools, and communities. It is also the key to creating a favorable educational environment that promotes the comprehensive and healthy development of individual students. To gain a comprehensive understanding of family education characteristics and trends in Chinese counties, accurately tap into the educational needs of parents, and effectively identify strengths and weaknesses in family education guidance services, this paper employed a quantitative research method based on a questionnaire survey and interview data from J district of C city after years of continuous monitoring of the quality of family education in the area, aiming to explore these issues and put forward several suggestions for improvement. The results indicate that the family learning environment and atmosphere in the district are generally favorable, while parental educational competence requires further improvement. Parents express a strong desire for interactive, systematic, and fragmented family education guidance from schools. Most parents acknowledge the significance of receiving guidance on family education, yet they are disinclined to actively engage in learning-related activities. While the operational mechanisms of county-level family education guidance services have been continuously improved, there is a need for greater overall coordination. Furthermore, the potential of school-led family education guidance services has yet to be fully tapped, and the scientific and professional standards of such guidance need to be further enhanced. Based on the aforementioned findings, we propose recommendations for improvement. Using J district's effective improvement practices in management, curriculum, and teams as an example, we intend to explore practical ways to promote county-level family education guidance services and provide a valuable reference for the establishment of a comprehensive and effective system to improve such services.

Yang Xiong, a cultural celebrity in ancient China, is a well-known figure in the history of Chinese literature with abundant research on his literary achievements. However, little research has been done on the presentation of his name, former residence, and prose poems in Chinese calligraphy from an iconographic perspective. This paper intends to explore how “Yang Xiong,” “Yang Ziyun,” “Ziyun Pavilion in Xishu Prefecture,” and “Yang Xiong's prose poems” are presented in the Chinese calligraphy, especially in calligraphies by Wang Xizhi, Su Dongpo, Huang Tingjian, Mi Fu, and other famous calligraphers in the previous dynasties. Research shows that Yang Xiong influenced not only Chinese literature but also Chinese calligraphy to a certain extent.

The “People's Films,” when examined from the perspective of classical aesthetics, present a unique visual style that creates artistic conceptions through sparse filming and deliver a scenery-based ideology through background shots, contributing to the overall aesthetic taste dominated by plainness. Chinese national aesthetic tastes, distinguished by implicitness, symbolism, and ethereality, have the magical power to present charming conceptions via plain and simple scenes, thus endowing the “People's Films” with natural, plain, and harmonious frames that are unique to China. Behind the silent and plain scenes are representations of personal cultivation and essential values cherished by the Chinese people, which are achieved via the momentary presence and entirety of scenes photographed in the films, delivering an internal transcendence of people's consciousness.

A symbol is an expression of meaning, while blank symbols express special meanings. By focusing on the application of blank symbols in Japanese architecture and indoor designs, we analyzed the aesthetic principles in Japanese architecture and indoor designs from the perspective of semiotics, such as “Kongji,” “Emptiness,” and “Dying out,” and their minimalist and pure design concepts. Traditional Chinese culture was also further explored, especially the profound infuence of the “Chan sect” and the philosophy of “unity of heaven and mankind” on Japanese architecture and designs. This study aims to facilitate the coexistence and mutual appreciation of Chinese and Japanese architectural designs.
